Private lunches / suppers

For anyone looking for a more intimate environment for a long, lazy lunch served in the courtyard, or on the terrace, of my private house in the Andalous Quarter of Fez. 

I serve a mezze-style selection of my favourite modern Moroccan dishes, inspired by the seasons together with a selection of boutique Moroccan wines. Just the ticket after a morning spent exploring the medina. 

Sample menu (vegetarian version available):

  • Beetroot gazpacho with almond granita OR smoky aubergine salad with toasted sesame
  • Chicken, preserved lemon and olive briouats with harissa dipping sauce OR crispy chermoula sardines with harissa dipping sauce
  • Fennel and preserved lemon rissotto OR roasted vegetable couscous bowl with herbed yogurt sauce
  • Chocolate, cardamom & orange pots
  • Moroccan cheese board
